COMMISTO's NEXT TOP MODEL

Cycle 11 of CNTM is calling all tramps who think they've got what it takes to be on COMMISTO 12! As many will tell you, this experience is one like no other!!! Yes it's hard work but believe us you get more out of it than you can imagine. If you're keen to part of the 2012 committee, here are a few things you should consider before sending your snapshots:

  • What skills have you got to offer?
  • Do you have any qualities that make you stand out?
  • What fresh new ideas can you bring that will make the 11th ISTO more memorable than the last 10?
  • Are you capable of a year long commitment?
  • Are you confident that you can juggle both ISTO and your college work/job?
  • Can you handle all the responsibilities that come with organising such a big event?

    Requirements:

  • Previous ISTO or trampoline competition experience (attendance, participation etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding on running a trampoline competition.
  • Clear communication and organizational skills essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines is important
  • Determination and ability to work as part of a team and independently to achieve committee objectives

    Potential duties may include:

  • Sponsorship - actively contacting companies/organisations to provide funding
  • Equipment - transport for trampolines to and from competition, liaising with the college sports facilities.
  • ENTs - securing venues for the nights out, setting out the ISTO mission, booking equipment for gladiators.
  • Liaising with other club reps to help them prepare, actively promote ISTO throughout the year, generally entertaining members on night outs
  • Managing accommodation and transport bookings.
  • Researching competitive prices for nightclubs, food, medals, prizes, wristbands and miscellaneous.
  • Manage and update the competition website in collaboration with the Head Organisers
  • General participation in running of the competition (ensuring judges are present, providing stationary & refreshments, making announcements and collecting money)
