This years open will have different sub-competitions running throughout the weekend. As always there will be the mens and ladies individual trampoline competition. There also will be the team competition. Each college can enter up to three teams for this competition. Each team will comprise of four members from the college.
Finally this year we will have the competition for the shield and the title of "ISTO 2011 champions". This will be calculated the same as last year... the form scores of the top six individuals from each college will be added together giving that college a total score. The college with the height total score wins.
On Sunday there will be the synchro and maybe even tumbling competitions, as well as loads of other fun games and surprises.
